Located in the beautiful town of Myoko, the Lotte Arai Resort gives guests a world‑class alpine setting, with deep powdery ski trails, a fully renovated hotel, and a high‑altitude ZipTour® that operates in both summer and winter seasons. Installed by Nippon Cable, the ZipTour® at Arai is the first of its kind in Japan.

The adventure begins with a scenic gondola ride up to Zendana Station, perched at 4,200 ft (1,280 m). From there, guests take a short, picturesque walk to the launch tower and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
The customer’s trolleys are connected to the cables, and then, two at a time, customers begin their high-speed flight down the ZipTour®. The patented ZipTour® trolley allows guests to control their own speed while riding, making it the only interactive zip line experience in the world. Guests can control their speed to enjoy an exhilarating high-speed ride, or an interactive ride next to their family member or friend, or to even slow down and take in the surrounding views. As they approach the landing station, riders gradually slow their trolleys to a gentle stop above the deck. After this unforgettable descent, guests enjoy a short lift ride back to the base area to return their equipment and reflect on the experience.
